Integrating UFT with Source Control and ALM Octane
In this blog we have a couple of videos that were captured from a series of Webinars we delivered.
These look at how we can use UFT with source control (Git & GitHub) as well as integrating UFT into Microficus’ new ALM Octane.
The first video concentrates on using UFT in a team, where using source control is crucial, we look at integrating into Git locally, then using GitHub as a remote repository for the whole team to use as the master automated Test Suite.
The second video continues with adding ALM Octane into the mix, this provides us with the ability to incorporate our UFT tests via automatic detection (sync) from our GitHub repository, link UFT Tests to User Stories, and to execute Tests from ALM Octane.
